🎄 🎄 FINAL Christmas shipping dates 🎄 🎄

Due to early cut-off dates, the last day for international orders is FRIDAY 13TH DECEMBER by 4pm GMT via Royal Mail. Instead, we will ship via DPD from 14th December until 18th December to the USA, Germany, UAE, France, Italy, Canada, Ireland, and South Africa.

While the shipping fee is over £30, we’ve decided to offer a flat rate of £30 to all customers to ensure your orders arrive before Christmas. 🎄

Delivery
All orders will be packaged and shipped within 3 working days of purchase and you'll receive an order confirmation and shipment email to let you know once your item has been shipped. All Special Guaranteed Next Day Delivery before 1pm has to be placed before 12 noon GMT to be delivered the following day.

Customs
For international buyers, please note that the item price or shipping cost does not include any import duties, taxes, or charges. It is advisable to check with customs prior to making a purchase to understand the additional costs that may apply.

Returns, exchanges and refunds.
If you would like a refund, please email info@littleomo.com within 14 days of your purchase and we will guide you on how to return any items.

All items must be unused and in the original packaging that you received it in. Our advice is that you post your return via Royal Mail Signed For, so that you can ensure it arrives to us safely. If you decide to send it and it's not tracked, we will not be liable for the product being lost in transit.

You will receive an email from us that your refund has been approved. All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment once we have inspected the product/s within 2 working days and a refund will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Customs
We will not be liable for any custom charges once your order has reached your country.
